The Eastern Health Cluster was established in 2018 as the first health cluster in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It includes under its umbrella 22 general and specialized government hospitals in addition to 120 primary care health centers. The Eastern Health Cluster seeks, through its affiliated facilities, to provide integrated health care that is easy to access through safe and sustainable mechanisms. The concept of easier access to health care is one of the most important goals of the “National Program for Transformation in the Health Sector”, as the Eastern Health Cluster derives its vision, mission, goals and strategy from the goals of this program, which is an important part of our Kingdom’s vision 2030.
