Vita Steina

With over 20 years of experience in public relations, communication, and marketing, Vita have had the privilege of collaborating with industry leaders, NGOs, and international companies across the Baltic States.

Since 2018 she is passionately dedicated herself to enhancing patient experience. Vitas’ work with Latvia’s two largest university hospitals—Riga East University Hospital, and Paul’s Stradins University Hospital—has focused on implementing a comprehensive Human Experience Strategy. In this role, she has been also served as an advisor to the Health Minister of Latvia and work in cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO) to develop the National Healthcare Quality Strategy. Her commitment to patient care is further demonstrated through the leadership as the Chair of the Patient Experience Association of Latvia and The Beryl Institute as fellow and member of Global Council.

In addition to practical experience, Vita is a lecturer at Riga Stradins University, where she has developed a course on Human Experience, bridging professional insights with academic instruction.
