Samer served as the Chief Operating Officer of healthcare for Medicena/Prince Sultan Cultural Center.
Samer served as a healthcare strategy consultant to both national and international healthcare organizations, including BUPA Arabia, BUPA London, Islamic Development Bank (IDB), and King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
Prior to that, and in his capacity as the Chief Operating Officer of IMC (International Medical Center-www.imc.med.sa), Samer has accumulated a breadth of experiences and knowledge in project management and business development, hospital administration and operations, commissioning and strategic planning. Samer spent extensive time at Cleveland Clinic between 2007 and 2009 to train in hospital management and operations.
Samer holds a B.S. and MBA degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, USA and he is a Fulbright scholar. Samer has a green belt in Six Sigma.
