Qadar Zada is an accomplished healthcare and public sector executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) and local government. He joined the International Medical Center as Chief Operating Officer in July 2023, bringing a wealth of expertise in strategic development, operational management, service transformation, and regulatory compliance.

Throughout his career, Qadar has held senior executive roles across Local Government, Acute and specialist hospitals, community healthcare providers, mental health services, and primary care. In local government, he has led major health and social care initiatives, driving policy development, service integration, and cost-efficiency programs to improve public health outcomes. His work has involved collaboration with key regulatory bodies, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and OFSTED, ensuring compliance with the highest standards in healthcare and social services.

Beyond operational leadership, Qadar has a strong background in capital and estate development, workforce planning, and financial efficiency. Passionate about developing future leaders, he actively mentors professionals in healthcare and has served as an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton, sharing his insights on healthcare leadership and system transformation.

Qadar is also a dedicated advocate of Saudi Vision 2030, aligning his work with the Kingdom’s ambitious transformation goals in healthcare, economic diversification, and leadership development. His commitment to innovation and excellence in the healthcare sector contributes to the realization of a world-class medical infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

Qadar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing, a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership and Management from the University of Birmingham, a fellowship in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), postgraduate training at Manchester Business School, and has been awarded executive leadership certification from the NHS Leadership Academy.
