Imad Bokhari

Imad is the head of consulting and advisory for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (Regional Led markets). He specialises in strategy development, large scale transformation, economic/financial development, and multi-program implementation. He has been involved in and led numerous (100+) healthcare projects across the region in his career and has worked closely with large healthcare institutions – private and government. His experience ranges from assisting small clinics to 1,000+ bed medical cities and country wide healthcare transformation projects. He is significantly involved in the development of innovative solutions directly impacting care pathways for efficient delivery and optimized health, and economic performance/outcomes.
