Asma Alkharazi

A people experience and organizational culture executive with over 19 years of experience promoting a culture of care and growth, developing and implementing people centered strategies to achieve organizational goals. I connect with people as individuals to ignite their passion for the organization’s mission and to drive employee engagement. Supporting my colleagues achieve their goals is equally important to me as achieving my own goals. All my career has been in the healthcare industry where I served both not for profit organizations and the private sector. Academically I specialized in global human resources management and I have done research on the complementarity of HRM practices in hospitals and a model for organizational DNA. Over the past years I have had the privilege of learning tremendously about healthcare management as well as human resources management and I take pride in leading with impact and positively touching people’s lives both employees and patients.
