Alice Qumi is a Senior Corporate Director of Nursing with over 21 years of experience in healthcare leadership. Beginning my career as a NICU nurse, progressively advanced from charge nurse, head nurse, supervisor to director, gaining a broad range of expertise across multiple areas of nursing. During the pandemic, I was appointed as the Head Nurse of the ER, where I was able to demonstrate exceptional leadership under pressure, ensuring high-quality care in a challenging environment. I claim to be known for my results-driven approach, also deeply passionate about humanitarian work, believing in the power of unity, service, and giving back.
