Dr. Manal has over two decades of experience in higher education with the development and strengthening of academic programs and curriculums, and with leadership and strategic planning. She then shifted to leading international relations for the Authority of People with Disabilities. Dr. Manal is a graduate of the MISK 2030 Leaders program, a member of the Saudi Leadership Society, a committee member of the Saudi Rowing Federation, and a mentor.
