Eng. Basim Albeladi

Eng. Basim Albeladi is the Founder & CEO of Labayh, a leading mental health and wellbeing platform in Saudi Arabia. A passionate entrepreneur and public speaker, he integrates wellbeing into his business philosophy, prioritizing employee growth and wellness. Basim holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Taibah University and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Mohammed Bin Salman College (MBSC). His entrepreneurial journey began in 2013 with a mobile app for Medina visitors, followed by Medina’s first co-working space and startup incubator. In 2017, he launched Labayh Healthcare Company, licensed by the Ministry of Health, KSA, offering accessible, evidence-based mental health services. Under his leadership, Labayh became one of the top 5 most downloaded healthcare apps in Saudi Arabia. Recognized for innovation, Basim received the MIT Forum Award for Best Social Enterprise. Labayh continues to impact millions across the region, fostering mental health awareness and support.
