As Chief Nursing Officer at King Saud University Medical City since 2020, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the healthcare landscape through innovative patient care models and strategic HR restructuring. These efforts have not only generated significant financial savings but also enhanced the quality of care provided. Prior to this, as Director of Nursing, he spearheaded the National Workforce Initiative, which dramatically increased the number of national nursing staff, showcasing his commitment to workforce development and capacity building.

In addition to his executive roles, he has served as a Consultant for Healthcare Projects at the Saudi Health Academy, leading key projects that improved patient care and staff satisfaction. He expertly managed high-level risks while consistently exceeding benchmarks. Educationally, he is well-equipped, having completed a Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and earning a PhD in Executive Leadership Competencies from King Saud University.
